Tish Webb, CNWI, lives in Central Massachusetts with her husband, Jarrod, and their five Australian Cattle Dogs. She began her journey
with K9 Nosework in 2015 with her reactive dog, Grover, and her "needs more things to do" dog, Bertie. What started as a search for an outlet for their energy quickly became a passion once she recognized all the benefits K9 Nosework offers dogs of every temperament. That experience still shapes her approach today — she specializes in helping sensitive and reactive dogs build confidence through work that feels natural to them, empowering them to make choices and opt into the process rather than be pushed through it.
Tish has competed through the Summit level, titled one dog to ELT-CH and three dogs to NW3-ELT, and earned multiple placements and first-place overall finishes along the way. She's currently starting her two young ACDs, Bang and Epic, in Nosework, but has found a deep joy in training and learning more about how dogs experience odor.
Tish's "day job" is in Clinical Operations for a small oncology biotech in Boston, and she teaches a few nights a week at The Dog's PACE in Franklin, MA. In her spare time, she's either herding, showing her dogs in conformation, training Nosework, or hiking in the woods. She's also deeply involved with the ACD National Breed Club.
Tish's training philosophy is rooted in positive, empowering methods that support each dog's individual needs. She loves watching dogs blossom as they discover the joy of using their nose, and is deeply honored to serve the Nosework community as a Certifying Official — continuing to foster and promote a sport that has done so much for so many.
