Trial Entry
Trial Entry Information

October 2, 2010: Official NACSW NW1 trial.
Only one dog per handler may enter.

TRIAL LOCATION:
Santa Rosa, CA

Trial Host:
Tell a Tail Dog Training

Entry Cost:
$50 per dog and handler team
Payable to Tell a Tail Dog Training
(payable via Paypal or credit card through the Paypal site)

Trial entry will close at 5pm Pacific time on Sept 23rd. 

Completing the form and payment is not guarantee of entry. You will receive an email confirming that we received your trial entry - this email does not confirm your space in the trial.  There will be a separate confirmation from trials@tellatail.com to let you know if your entry has been given a space in the trial.  

A waiting list for alternates will be started as soon as entries fill.  Therefore, refunds will be issued within two weeks following the trial date for competitors that do not gain entry.  

CANCELLATION POLICY:  Once payment has been received, and entry spot has been confirmed, no refunds will be issued after September 15, 2010 unless an alternate is available to fill your reserved trial spot.

For anyone planning to enter the trial, NACSW member registration and dog registration must be completed and payment submitted before your trial entry may be processed.  If you have not received your NACSW membership and k9 id numbers via email by the trial entry date, please enter "Pending" on the registration form.
