NACSW is the only official sanctioning and organizing body for the sport of K9 Nose Work.

How to host an ORT
Official ORTs must be conducted through NACSW in order to be recognized for trial entry and titling purposes.

The NACSW will select  a number of locations regionally per year for ORTs.  If you would are interested in hosting one of these ORTs, please contact the NACSW and review the guidelines below for host/organizers.  The NACSW will review the requests and select the locations that can best accommodate regional tests.  A minimum of 25 entries is required to hold an ORT.

Following are guidelines and forms for hosting and organizing an ORT.
(PDF files are available below.  If you have trouble reading these files, please email ORTrequest@nacsw.net )

Following that are the test forms in Excel (preferred) and PDF formats that must accompany the test summary.  Please be sure you have the most current ORT requirements, dated 5-1-10. Any completed forms or requests should be submitted via email to: ORTrequest@nacsw.net
Thank you.
