When will membership renewal be available?
Membership renewal for the 2011-2012 membership year is available now. Renewal for the 2012-2013 membership year will be available by May 1st.
How do I update my address or email address associated with my membership or dog registration?
Please email: membership@nacsw.net with your updated information. Please include your member number and/or dog registration id with the request.
I lost my scorebook, didn't receive it in time for an event, or I forgot to take my score book to an event, can I get a replacement or get my results recorded?
You can send your score book along with a self addressed stamped envelope and check for $25 to: NACSW, 7510 Sunset Blvd, #1180, Los Angeles, CA 90046. Check made payable to "National Association of Canine Scent Work, LLC".
If it is found you were not a registered member of the NACSW or did not have a valid NACSW K9 ID before participating in an ORT or trial, then your ORT results will be invalid.
If you don't have a score book to mail back because it's been lost, you must still mail the NACSW a self addressed stamped envelope, check, and written request for a replacement score book.
