Registration Entry and Closing:
· Trial entry will open on Tuesday, Nov 15, 2011 at 9:00 AM Pacific Time. Entries will be awarded by the priority outlined below of all entries received between 9am Nov 15, 2011 and 9am Nov 16, 2011. If spaces remain after this period, entries will be awarded in the order they are received.
· Trial entry will close when entries fill or 9am Pacific Time on December 18, 2011.
· Note: We will not be taking payment until you are given a space in the trial. If you are given a space in the trial, you will receive information on how to submit payment. You will then have 48 hours to complete your payment to confirm your space in the trial.
Registration Method: All registration will be on-line via the link provided to the NACSW™ trial registration form. Paper and phone entries will not be accepted. Completing the form is not a guarantee of entry. You will receive an auto-response email confirming that we received your trial entry after registration - this email does not confirm your space in the trial. There will be a separate confirmation from nacswEntry@nacsw.net to let you know if your entry has been given a space in the trial.
Entry Method: Trial spaces will be awarded in the following manner:
· Spaces for the trial will be awarded based on NW2 title date and then previous NW3 trial attempts of qualified entries received during the initial entry period. Given the endurance and training required for this level, earlier NW2 title dates will have priority and previous NW3 attempts will have priority over those with no NW3 trial experience. If there is a tie in priority, then spaces will be awarded by random draw.
· If a trial level is not full after processing the qualified entries, then there will be a Secondary Draw of any entries received that have not yet passed the required ORT or earned the required title. These entries will be accepted pending completion of the requirements.
· After the Secondary Draw, if the trial level is still not full, entries will continue to be accepted in the order they are received through the closing date or when entries fill.
· In the event that you are having technical difficulties with the entry system, please email nacswEntry@nacsw.net prior to the end of the initial entry period.
A Qualified Entry is one that meets all of the following criteria
1. Complete the on-line trial entry between 9AM Nov 15, 2011 and 9AM Pacific Time Nov 16, 2011

3. The Dog is registered with the NACSW™
4. The Dog has passed the appropriate ORT for the level entered

You will be notified via e-mail of the results of entry selection process by 5:00PM (pacific time) November 18, 2011. If you are given a space in the trial, you will receive information on how to submit payment. You will then have 48 hours to complete your payment to confirm your space in the trial.
